1965 Mustang

Rookie classics offers this 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe purchased in Fremont, California from Peter. Peter bought 2 Mustangs from a friend, a blue one and a red one. His friend was getting too old to drive and enjoy the Mustangs so he sold them to Peter to get some money for his retirement.

The rebuild numbers matching engine is the 289 cu V8 in with a four-barrel carburetor, mated to a 3-speed C4 automatic transmission. Engine runs properly and the transmission shifts nice and smooth. There is power steering for that nice and comfortable cruising in the city. The engine compartment looks really nice and is very well dressed up with the chrome valve covers and air cleaner cover.

The almost new exhaust system sounds nice for that super nice and classic sound.

The paint, poppy red,  shines really nice and looks good but is a bit  “typical American paint”. So don’t expect a show car quality paint job. It looks nice, but is not perfect. But, body and frame are absolutely free of rust and all panels seem to be original.

Interior is very clean and all original. Original steering wheel, radio and dash. Carpet, seat covers, door panels and dash pad are all brand new. Interior looks really well kept!!

14 inch original wheels with good tires.

Overall this is a nice, orignal,  good and solid 1965 Mustang you can get in and enjoy.

Please note you are looking at a 57 year old Classic car. This is not a brand new or completely restored 1000 point show car. It is very nice but there will always be that is not perfect or something to improve or renew.

The car comes with american title and import documents for EU. We can help with RDW, TUV and Belgian homologation.

We speak German, English and Dutch.

We can transport to any EU country.

It drives and steers super tight, but is also a great car for cruising long distance..
