1969 Camaro SS 350 4 speed

The 1969 Camaro is the last in a row of 3 most popular Camaros ever. The 1st gen Camaro is currently the most sought after and coveted muscle car and they say the 69 Camaro is the best Muscle Car EVER!!!

This Camaro was bought in Riverside California and came to the Netherlands in 2017. Its what you can expect from a California car: solid and rust free.

This 1969 Camaro is a tribute and is fully Super Sport (SS) equipped and has a fast and nice running 350 V8 engine.   The engine is equipped with an Edelbrock intake manifold, Edelbrock carburator and Hooker ceramic coated headers. The electronic ignition ensures optimal reliability.  To give the sporty driving even more character, the 350 V8 is coupled with a Muncie M22 wide ratio 4 speed gearbox that is operated by a Hurst shifter. This shifts smoothly and ensures a very acceptable speed during the highway cruising. 

The only thing we can think of is that it might need a new Flowmaster exhaust system for a better sound.

The Camaro is equipped with power steering and power disc brakes in the front. All steering components are in good condition. Has multi leaf springs in the back. For better power handling and to avoid torsion, subframe connectors were mounted by the previous owner. 

To make things tidy under the hood, a chrome-plated air filter cover and chrome valve covers have been mounted. The inner fenders, the firewall, the sub frame, the radiator support, everything is neatly painted in satin black. Looks very good under the hood !!!

The paint is the color “Tuxedo Black”. The paint is really nice and the panels are straight and sleek. The chrome on the bumpers and trim is in excellent condition. The car has no rust and the bottom floor is in great shape.

Please note this is not a brand new car, restored car or a 1000 points show car, but, it is really nice for a 52 year old car and draws a lot of attention. 

The interior is in very good condition, just like the exterior. The bucket seats, carpet, headliner, dash pad, package tray, SS steering wheel and door panels are in excellent condition. The center console give the car a sporty look and under the dash are 2 extra gauges.

The high performance 12 bolt rear axle is fitted with 3.07 gears. Very good for highway cruising.  The wheels are SS rally wheels with BF Goodrich tires with white lettering. The rear wheels have a slight deeper dish. Looks cool when the rear wheels are a little wider than the front. Brand new Gabriel shocks have been mounted on all 4 corners. 

The car drives great and the power steering and power brakes with disc brakes make it a nice reliable car.

This Camaro comes with Dutch registration for an easy registration in  any European country. We can help with TÜV and Belgian homologation.
